- Powered by compressed air.
- An optional solenoid valve with exhaust valve controls the operating time of the pneumatic pump.
- Equipped with a fully automatic digital programmable controller to control the operation of the solenoid valve and determine the oil supply cycle of the lubrication system.
- When the solenoid valve is energized, it drives the oil pump piston to discharge oil (solenoid energization time > 5 seconds).
- When the solenoid valve is de-energized, the spring force draws oil in (solenoid valve de-energization time > 20 seconds).
- A pressure switch is installed at the end of the system to monitor the pressure in the lubrication system’s main oil pipeline and issue an alarm signal in the event of flow interruption or loss of pressure.
- A level switch is also provided to issue an alarm signal when the oil level is too low.
- An automatic pressure relief device automatically relieves pressure when the lubrication pump stops.
- For use with single metering dispensers of the MG and MO series.
- Oil viscosity: 10-1000 cst.
