- This is pressure relief type electric lubrication oil pump, it must be used with a MIX-S oil-air volumetric distributor to give full play to the oil-air mixing effect.
- The MIX-S oil-air volumetric distributor is characterized by “fixed oil volume”, that is, each lubrication point can obtain the same amount of lubricating oil.
- With a pressure switch, the factory-set starting pressure is 20kgf/cm, which can check whether the oil circuit is damaged and ensure the amount of lubricating oil required by the lubrication point. The standard configuration of the pressure switch is a normally closed contact (NC), which means an abnormal signal will be generated when the pressure does not reach the preset value.
- The action and intermittent time are controlled by the built-in controller (optional), and the controller display is equipped with action, abnormality and intermittent indicator lights.
- Equipped with a pressure regulating valve, the pressure can be adjusted according to actual conditions.
- Equipped with a level switch, the standard configuration is a lower power contact, which can automatically send an abnormal signal when the oil level is too low.
- The gear of the pump is made of special alloy steel and matched with the induction motor. It has a long service life, stable output pressure and no noise, and can meet the needs of general large machinery.
