Overview
Forced Cycle Lubrication System is an active lubrication method where a pump forces lubricating oil to circulate through machinery components. This ensures consistent, efficient lubrication to critical friction points, widely used in heavy-duty, high-speed, or high-temperature industrial applications.
Working Principle
The pump draws oil from the reservoir, filters it, and delivers it under pressure to various lubrication points such as bearings, gears, and guides. After lubrication, the oil returns to the reservoir to be reused. The system can be equipped with level switches, pressure sensors, and PLC controllers for automatic monitoring and intelligent control.
