Overview
Forced Cycle Lubrication System is an active lubrication method where a pump forces lubricating oil to circulate through machinery components. This ensures consistent, efficient lubrication to critical friction points, widely used in heavy-duty, high-speed, or high-temperature industrial applications.
Working Principle
The system uses a pump to draw oil from the reservoir, filter it, and deliver it under pressure to all lubrication points. After lubrication, the oil returns to the tank, forming a closed-loop. The process can be automatically controlled via timers, level switches, pressure sensors, or PLC integration.
