TZ Series Electric Thin Oil Lubrication Pump – Gear Type for Centralized Lubrication Systems (PDI/SLR)
The TZ Series electric thin oil lubrication pump is a gear-type pump specially designed for centralized lubrication systems. Depending on the configuration, it can be used in either Positive Displacement Injector (PDI) systems or Single Line Resistance (SLR) systems.
Working in conjunction with compatible metering distributors, the pump delivers a precise and uniform volume of lubricant to each lubrication point, effectively enhancing equipment performance and extending service life.
A single pump can support multiple lubrication points (the exact number depends on lubricant viscosity and piping layout at the installation site), making it suitable for a wide range of industrial equipment and complex lubrication networks.
The pump is equipped with a level switch for real-time oil level monitoring, ensuring continuous lubrication. An optional pressure switch is also available for accurate system pressure monitoring and early warning of abnormalities.
Control options are flexible: users can choose a built-in timer controller for automatic lubrication, or integrate the pump with external PLCs for machine-synchronized intelligent operation. Power supply options include AC220V, AC110V, AC380V, and DC24V to meet various installation environments.
